We take your privacy very seriously. Your name, billing and shipping addresses, telephone and email address are kept so that we may process your order. This information is for our use only and is never sold or shared.

 

We use your email address to send notices about your order. We may also send other information of interest from time to time. You can opt out of these notices at any time.

 

We use reputable third parties to securely process all payments. Heights Art Glass does not retain credit card information unless you request it at check-out.

Return Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If something is not as you expected we would like the opportunity to make it right. Please contact us so we can address your concerns.

Damaged Items

​

We do our best, but occasionally glass breaks during shipment. If this happens please contact us. We will offer a replacement item, or a full refund. We would also like pictures of the damage item(s) and the shipping container. That will help us improve our packaging and shipping.

Shipping Policy

​

Flat shipping fees are added at check out.

We use UPS to ship within the continental United States. We do not ship outside the United States at this time. All orders are shipped within 3-5 days of the order. Email notification is provided when the order is shipped.
